The registration of ALL registrants ends on March 31 each year. Registration renewal must be completed each year BEFORE March 31. To be eligible for renewal of registration, a full, grandparented, limited, student, nonpractising or temporary registrant must:
(a) complete and submit the necessary forms found in the renewal package below,
(b) pay the specified registration renewal fee,
(c) pay any other outstanding fee, debt or levy owed to the college,
(d) attest that he or she is in compliance with the Act, the regulations, and these bylaws, and is in compliance with any limits or conditions imposed under section 39(1)(c) of the Act, and
Where a registrant fails to pay a registration renewal fee on or before March 31, he or she ceases to be registered.
Late renewals may be accepted by June 30 with payment of a 35% penalty fee.
Forms & Application
After June 30, a former registrant must apply to the Registration Committee for reinstatement (refer to Section 58 of CTCMA Bylaw).
