October 1, 2009 - Request For CTCMA Bylaw Amendments On April 18, 2009, the Board of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of BC approved changes to the College's Bylaws. Notice of these changes is hereby provided to the Minister of Health Services, the public and other interested stakeholders as required by section 19 (6.2) of the Health Professions Act. Attached is the relevant board motion and schedule of the changes.
CTCMA will be requesting the Minister of Health services consider a shorter notice period and waiver of the disallowance period, therefore we are asking for any feedback on the proposed amendments to be returned to CTCMA and to the Minister of Health Services no later than noon on Friday, November 20, 2009.
