Both positions are filled annually by election within the members of the Board of Directors. Dr. Henley was first appointed to the Board in December 2004. Dr. Michael Chung was elected as Director in the November 2006 Board elections. Congratulations to Dr. Arden Henley and Dr. Michael Chung.
