Bylaw Amendment - Part I & Part II
Dec 14, 2017
On December 9, 2017, the board of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia (CTCMA) approved extensive amendments to Part I and Part II of the College’s bylaws. This is the first substantial amendment since June 1999 when the College was established and the original bylaws were approved. The proposed amendments update many outdated sections of the bylaws.
Notice of these amendments is hereby provided to the Minister of Health, regulatory colleges of other health professions in the province, the public, and other interested stakeholders as required by section 19(6.2) of the Health Professions Act.
