Nominations Deadline September 30 – Fast Approaching!

The Board Election for the 2023-2025 term begins in early November, with voting taking place throughout the month. Nominations will close Friday, September 30, 2022, at 4:30 PM (PDT), just over a week from now 

Three positions are available and open to registrants in either of the following electoral districts:  

  • District 1 (Lower Mainland)  

  • District 2 (the province of British Columbia outside of Lower Mainland) 

You still have time to nominate someone you feel certain would be a good Board member, or to put your own name forward and run yourself!  

In addition to the experience, knowledge, and skills that you, or a nominee of your choosing, might have acquired over the years, the Board looks for people with these qualities:  

  • Ability to think, plan and contribute strategically.  

  • Highly principled and ethical.  

  • Welcome the viewpoints of others.  

  • Good listener and communicator.  

  • Thrive on problem solving and getting to a decision.  

  • Dedicated to serving the public.  

If you are committed to the profession, like to work hard, and enjoy peer-to-peer discussion, you could be an effective and valuable CTCMA Board member.
