Notice of Proposed Amendments to CTCMA Bylaws
On December 1, 2022, the Board of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia (the “College”) approved amendments to the College Bylaws, specifically Part IV which relates to registration requirements, and consequential amendments to the various schedules.
These amendments are subject to the notice requirements under section 19 (6.2) of the Health Professions Act (the “Act”). Notice is hereby provided to all health regulators in British Columbia, with a copy to the Minister of Health and other interested stakeholders.
Notice to the public has been posted on the College website.
As required under the Act, the proposed amendments will be posted for 90 days. Any comments or feedback on the proposed amendments should be sent to the College and the Ministry of Health, no later than April 23, 2023, to the attention of:
