Registration Renewal

Information Package: 2023 Registration Renewal Information Package

The CTCMA registration year runs from April 1st to March 31st.  All registrations end on March 31 of each year.  In order to ensure your continuous registration, you are required to renew your registration every year. 

To be eligible for renewal of registration, a registrant must:

  1. complete and submit the Registration Renewal application online;
  2. pay the registration renewal fee;
  3. pay any other outstanding fee, debt or levy owed to the college; and
  4. attest that he or she is in compliance with the Health Professions Act, the regulations, the Bylaws, and is in compliance with any limits or conditions imposed under section 39(1)(c) of the Act.

Full /Non-Practising Registration RenewalFor current registrants who are R.Ac. / R.TCM.H. / R.TCM.P. / Dr.TCM

Student Registration RenewalFor current student registrants

Dual Registration RenewalFor current registrants who are holding both Full & Student Registrations

Where a registrant fails to pay a registration renewal fee on or before March 31, he or she ceases to be registered. Late renewals may be accepted on or byJune 30 with additional payment of a 35% reinstatement fee.

Former Registrants Are Not Eligible for Registration Renewal:

A former registrant may be reinstated to the registry as a non-practicing registrant in accordance to Section 58 of the CTCMA Bylaws. Click here for the details of Reinstatement.

Please note that registration fees are non-refundable.
